What is House Church?
The church we read about in Scripture lived in an incredible, powerful, intimate community. They met together by the thousands but followed Jesus' teaching and example of community by living life together by the dozens.
House Church is our primary vehicle for discipleship and community at Living Grace. House Church is the primary context where people will be known by others and is what keeps our church community intimate and organic – no matter how large Sundays gatherings grow.

Why the name "House Church?"
The early church addressed their gatherings to "the church who met in ____'s house", so thats why we call them House Churches.
Can I join any House Church?
The early church met together GEOGRAPHICALLY, so we encourage people to find the House Church located closest to their home.
*We understand that as we grow, we will only have a few to choose from, but we would still encourage you to find the one closest to where you live.

What do we learn in House Church?
The early church studied the Scriptures, so we have SCRIPTURE-BASED STUDY. This helps us to stay cohesive and gospel-grounded as we spread out around the city.
Anything else I need to know?
The early church met each other's needs, so we MEET OTHERS NEEDS within House Church – not another benevolent model. Know that our goal is you feel loved, cared for, and we hope that when you're in need, your House Church steps up to fulfill that need.
